Reasons for buying a house 2026

🎇 2026, I think the reason many people start thinking about "buying a house"

I wanted to share why I decided to buy a house.

It's not because I want to have property.

But because I'm increasingly tired of the outside world,

💪🏻 today, we earn more, take more responsibility.

But when I get home, if it's not my place, it's like I'm not really resting.

💰 The rent paid every month is not wrong.

Many people in 2025 will say, Rent!!

But at some point, we start asking ourselves,

"Can this money be turned into our home?"

💸 "Rent 30,000, an additional 5,000-10,000, get their own space and more privacy, have parking, raise cats, cook, garden or relax with our loved ones.

Home for me 🏡

"Not a sign of success."

But it's where we don't have to prove anything to anyone.

Calm, no matter how expensive it is, is not as calm as "home."

Some days just sit quietly

Drink a cup of coffee, please. ☕️

Where I know... no one's chasing us out.

This kind of happiness is not great.

But it fucking feels stable. 🪨

Buying a house, maybe. 💳

Don't wait to be 100% ready. Just feel like...

"I really want to have my own space to build a family."

"Or creating a safe space for your loved ones."

👫 I grew up in a family where we loved home so much, we had our home together, cooking or gardening together, and living as a family, so I was sure I was a real customer 🏡

If you're feeling this way,

I think it's time to buy a house.

🚗 Having a house that belongs to us.

But it really makes the word "go home" more meaningful.

📌. Don't wait for anyone to say ready...

Don't be afraid of anyone saying you. Hurry...

Because finally, you're the only one who can "Phil and the house."

📍 House made me grow up.

Not because of its price.

But because I'm willing to take responsibility,

With the life we really want to have, and we're not going anywhere else. 🤰🏻🧑🏻‍🍼
