Living w/ Osgood-Schlatter disease!

This must be hereditary because my daughter was coincidentally diagnosed a short few weeks later! This disease is caused by childhood repetitive injury that causes a painful lump below the kneecap. They say the condition usually resolves on its own, but that isn’t the case for me, my kneecaps both have calcification (bone deterioration) & causes constant pain! Especially when it’s cold outside! I live in Washington so this isn’t helpful at all, because it’s always cold! 🦴💥😩🍋
