Meet the Artist!!
I was really late to the bandwagon when this video was made, but I had a reason.
I was very skeptical of posting public stuff on Tiktok for a very long time, keeping most of my stuff private and between friends. I was really shy and self-aware, and there were times I wasn't even sure I was gonna start posting, even if I had a Tiktok for a while
But, It's been through the positive response back from others, and my boyfriend, that I found myself wanting to make more videos public, without being worried about being judged too harshly.
I'm not out to be famous, anyways. Just catching the intrigue of a few people is enough to put a smile on my face; especially knowing someone watched my stuff and like it and enjoy it enough to get the original video up to 8.3k views on Tiktok right now.
So, yeah 😊 enjoy my little video and my ramble, and have a good rest of your day!
In today's digital age, platforms like TikTok and Lemon8 have become essential for artists to showcase their creativity. Sharing personal experiences and moments of vulnerability can resonate deeply with audiences. TikTok, with its short-form video format, allows artists to engage with followers through authentic storytelling. By posting a mix of personal stories and artistic expressions, creators can build a community that appreciates their craft. Building confidence through positive interactions, as I have, not only helps in personal growth but also fosters a vibrant creative environment. If you're contemplating sharing your art or experiences online, remember that every view and like can feel validating. It's not about fame, but about creating connections and inspiring others. With tools available today, like video editing apps and community platforms, there are opportunities for anyone to showcase their work and engage with a wider audience. Embracing this journey leads to discovery, creativity, and possibly igniting a passion in others.
