How to Manage Stress Near Number 3

(It's a way to regularly apply to yourself)

Near the age of three, I have to admit, is the most pressing age of adolescents who are creating a body. This age is often from seeing stories so many that I forget how I crossed these stories, but one that all ages cannot raise is more or less "stress." Everyone always has to invite, each age is invited in different ways. Only people near the age of 30 may be a little heavy, such as

- About work (It's an age to try wrong, try right)

- After school (graduated, no job, no clear meaning of life)

- Some people still can't find themselves (it's a big deal, it affects a lot of life).

Anyway, admittedly, these problems affect my mind and my lifestyle a lot, and this is how I manage my emotions and stress:

1: Going out: This method may not work for everyone, but for the average person it is a kind of "intuition," such as walking people, going out to see views, getting air, going out to take pictures.

2: Listening to music: This is a routine method, it is often a way for teenagers to apply a lot, "Heal is willing to listen to music," calming my mind, my brain.

3: Read a book: It is a reading of any genre, such as fiction, literature, self-improvement genre, finance, and much more.

4: Make friends talk: Some stress. Maybe it's uncomfortable that we don't need, but go back and fix it. "We just drain, it's gone." Because of this, friends listen might be the best solution.

5: Accept and Improve: Whether caused by reason and cause, in addition to effects, there are often benefits or opportunities combined, we just accept everything we are wrong and try to improve (this is also an opportunity for us to improve ourselves, minds, and skills).

In the end, for me at this age, I think: Because of the harder life of every day, we have to find our own happiness. "If we are not kind enough to ourselves, then in the end, no one is as kind to us as ourselves." Excessive self-pressure (in some cases, it does not improve).

- My happiness today is to work as I love, sit quietly, read, listen to music, sip a cup of coffee "(sometimes happiness stems from a little). If my friends have other ways, they can comment on the side of the experience. 😍😁
