I recently took advantage of several deals where I paid just about $10.99 for items that originally totaled around $72, using manufacturer coupons and Walgreens' own digital offers. This included popular products like Dove Glowing Body Wash, L'Oreal Paris Satin Lipsticks, Gillette Foamy Shave Foam, and even Japonesque beauty tools. One strategy that worked well for me was stacking manufacturer coupons with Walgreens digital coupons and taking advantage of buy one, get one 50% off promotions. For example, the Dove body wash was priced around $8 each, and with an $8 off 2 coupon plus a $3 Walgreens Cash reward, the net cost dropped significantly. Similarly, L'Oreal lipsticks had a buy 1 get 1 50% off offer, which I combined with a $6 off 2 manufacturer coupon and a Walgreens coupon for double savings. Additionally, the Spend $40+ and get 20% off promotion on select beauty and personal care items makes it easy to save more when purchasing multiple products. Redeeming your Walgreens Cash rewards earned from previous purchases can further bring down the out-of-pocket expenses. I also picked up everyday household necessities like Walgreens Double Zipper Sandwich Bags and Febreze Air Mists, which are currently on sale with extra coupons reducing their price to under $1.50 each. My advice for shoppers is to plan your order carefully, combining promotions, manufacturer coupons, and store rewards whenever possible. Signing up for myWalgreens membership and using digital coupons can unlock exclusive deals, making your shopping experience even more rewarding. Overall, these deals are a perfect chance to restock your beauty essentials without breaking the bank. Just make sure to check that the coupons are valid through 4/18/26 and confirm availability for in-store pickup to save time and money.
