This is what my healing actually looks like ↓

Sometimes the best medicine is stepping outside, breathing fresh air, and moving your body. 🥾🌿 Yesterday’s hike was exactly what I needed to clear my head and reset before the week ahead.

Living with endometriosis (and PCOS) hasn’t been easy, especially as my symptoms flared after having COVID. This has truly been the most painful journey I’ve ever walked through… but I also believe it happened for a reason. ✨

I’m grateful for it, because it’s pushed me to become a health coach, study gut + hormone health, and most importantly advocate for women who feel unheard or dismissed. 💛

Healing my gut and working toward balanced hormones has made such a difference in how I feel, and I want other women to know they don’t have to struggle in silence. 🌸

If you’re on a similar journey know you’re not alone. I’m walking it too, and I’m here to share what’s helping me along the way. 💫

... Read moreHealing from chronic conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS can be a daunting and deeply personal journey. Many women face not only the physical pain but also emotional and mental challenges while managing these often misunderstood disorders. The combined impact of endometriosis, PCOS, and lingering symptoms post-COVID-19 infection can exacerbate the struggle, making holistic healing approaches essential. Incorporating time outdoors and movement, such as hiking, offers soothing benefits for both body and mind. Fresh air and nature allow for mental clarity and stress reduction, which are vital when dealing with chronic illnesses. Utilizing physical activity that feels supportive rather than overwhelming can help manage inflammation and fatigue, common in conditions like endometriosis. Critical to this healing process is gut health and hormone balance. The gut plays a significant role in hormone regulation, immune response, and inflammation control. Many women with PCOS and endometriosis find that improving digestion and reducing gut inflammation contributes to symptom relief. Strategies such as eating anti-inflammatory foods, avoiding processed sugars, and possibly working with a health coach or specialist can aid these improvements. Beyond physical restoration, becoming an advocate for oneself and others creates empowerment and community. Connecting with those who understand hormonal and gut health struggles fosters support and diminishes feelings of isolation. Sharing experiences openly helps to break stigma and encourages others not to suffer in silence. If you are navigating this healing path, remember you are not alone. It’s okay to seek help, explore natural remedies, and patiently rebuild your health step by step. Listening to your body and finding what makes you feel grounded and strong—whether through nature, nutrition, or connection—is key to reclaiming your wellbeing. There is hope, and together, women can uplift each other toward better health and balance.
