Ingredients:

1 cup pancake mix

2/3 cup milk

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

12 Oreo cookies

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).

Dip each Oreo cookie into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.

Carefully lower the battered Oreos into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
