Easy Cheese Tortellini Bake

1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain & set aside.

2. Preheat oven to 350°F & grease a 9x13 baking dish.

3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the seasoning of your choice. I use salt, garlic powder, black pepper & Italian seasoning.

4. Remove the excess grease from the browned beef & then stir in your tomato sauce & cream cheese.

5. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is well incorporated.

6. Gently toss your cooked tortellini in with the sauce mixture & pour it into your prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with shredded mozzarella & parmesan.

7. Bake uncovered in the center rack of your oven for about 20 minutes. Switch the oven to broil and continue baking for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown.

Enjoy alone or with a side of salad, veggies, or garlic bread!

I doubled the recipe (2 casseroles) for my family of 7 to have it last 2 nights.
