#lemon8diarychallenge Losing weight can be challenging, especially if you haven’t figured out ur body yet. I’m still figuring out what I do and don’t like, what hurts my stomach and what makes me sick. I like to try new things in moderation and go out to eat only a few times a month.

First things first. Always keep busy. 👍Pros: Keeping yourself occupied is the best thing you can do to avoid being alone with your thoughts. If you can’t sleep clean and tidy up. There is ALWAYS something to do to tidy up. Laundry, dishes, dusting, sweeping, mopping, gardening. And self grooming.
