Honest reflection on my fitness journey.

Fun Fact: I pulled up to the gym for months before actually stepping foot inside.

I would get anxious and nervous thinking people would be watching me, judging.

I was self-conscious about my body and the fact I had zero gym knowledge.

Then one day, I was advised to go in and step on the treadmill.

I was told to look around once I got on it and I’d realized…no one cared.

But they in fact did….I just cared more about my own journey than people’s judgement.

So I no longer knew if they were judging…I became locked in on my growth, everything and everyone else became the background ❤️
