2. Your Body Is Your Forever Home
The most valuable thing you own is your body. It’s the house you live in your entire life, so move it, rest it when it's tired, and feed it well. Take care of this house because you can never trade it in.
3. Be Kind to Yourself First
You're learning, and you will make mistakes. When that happens, make sure the voice in your head is always your friend, not your bully. Forgive yourself for being imperfect; self-compassion is the key to lasting happiness.
4. Love Is The Only Currency
You won’t remember the toys you got, only how people made you feel. Relationships are your true wealth. Spend your time and energy showing up for the people who make your heart warm.
