So I’ve started a sourdough starter and named it Lil Yeasty and I’m so excited. I started it with 75grams of Flour and 75grams of Lukewarm filtered water. It’s on day 12 and I’ve created a ripe culture. So I fed her tonight and will feed her in the morning and hopefully get to bake with her
