What do you do when you’re having a headache?

Whenever you have a headache do you always take pain medication? Most of the time when I have a headache I try my best to wait out the pain to see if it’ll stop soon or I’ll go to sleep. If it really hurts really bad then I take medication. #lemon8contest #AskLemon8

I suffer from chronic migraines so whenever I start having symptoms I always take meds.

Peppermint oil and ice water work much faster and aren’t toxic to your body.
