Black women leaders.
Black women founders.
Black women queens across every industry.
For years we have said:
I know what I’m worth.
But the truth is…
Knowing was never the problem.
Black women have always known our value.
Across industries we are building businesses, leading teams, creating innovation, and shaping culture.
Collectively, Black women contribute trillions in economic value.
Yet we still see a reality where many of us are told we are:
“Overqualified.”
The problem was never the knowing.
The problem is that knowing without documentation is not negotiation.
And feeling your worth is not always enough inside systems that demand proof.
