The heart of a four-stroke engine consists of several key parts that work precisely in harmony to create "compression" and "torque." Let's see each number in detail:

🔹 The Cylinder Head Group

Acting like the "nose and mouth" of an engine to control breathing in and out.

• 18. Cylinder Head: Main structure that is a combustion chamber

• 10.Valve (Valves): with 1 pair (Intake 1, Exhaust 1) acting on-off air and oil passages

• 16. Valve Guide: prop the valve rod up and down in a straight line

• 17.Valve Seat: The metal ring in front of the valve is closed, must be completely smooth to prevent leakage.

• 11.Valve Stem Seal: prevent engine oil from slipping into the combustion chamber (if broken, smoke will flow white)

🔹 Valve Train

• 5 & 6. Valve Spring Inner-Outer Body: Use 2-Layer Spring for Strength and Reducing Vibration in High Cycle

• 8 & 9. Valve Spring Saucer Top-bottom: Spring Pressure Support Steel Plate

• 7.Compliant to the valve lock (Cotter Pin): A small lock that holds the valve to the spring saucer.

• 19. Cylinder Block: Piston Passage with Cooling Fins Around

• 20.Piston (Piston): Ignition shock receptor

• 3.Arrows on the Piston Head: Important Point! The Arrowhead must always be turned towards the Exhaust side for correct positioning and dodging of the valve.

🔹 Seals and Mounting Nuts System (Seals & Fasteners)

• 4 & 13. Cylinder Cap Gasket / Base Gasket: Leakproof Baffles Between Metal Seams

• 14.O-ring (O-ring): Oil-proof rubber seal leakage along oil passage

• 1, 2, 12.Screw and Stud Latch: A special hard grade nut used to hold the cylinder lid assembly firmly, receiving enormous pressure.
