It's not the season for yellowtail, but I tried making yellowtail radish š
Buri radish
[Materials]
ć» 2-3 pieces of yellowtail (1 piece divided into 2 or 3 pieces)
Ā· Radish 350g
Water 1C (180cc)
Ā· 1 piece of ginger (shredded)
[Seasoning]
Ā· Soy sauce tablespoon 1 and 1 / 2

[Procedure]
ā Peel the radish, sprinkle 1 half-moon cut water tablespoon of about 1 cm width, put it in a heat-resistant plate, wrap it, and wait 6 minutes at 600w
