someone needs your art more than you do.
As a songwriter, it’s easy to get lost in the process of creating. But where I fall short is not sharing my creations at all because it seems too “raw” or “imperfect”. I’ve been creating since ten years old and the process has always come easy but ridicule and rejection has halted me for decades. At the end of the day, it’s not solely about me. When I do share my music or my creations with others and they react positively, it warms me. I feel heard and they feel seen. So create freely, and don’t be afraid to share. You just might change a life and/or inspire one. ✨ #musicartist #unfiltered #Lemon8Diary #knicksyn
Art has a profound effect on both creators and audiences. When you share your artwork, it opens the door for meaningful connections with others who appreciate your unique perspective. This act of sharing can transform lives—not just your own, but also those who find solace, inspiration, or joy in your work. In a world full of critics, it’s easy to feel discouraged, but remember that every masterpiece began as a raw idea that was once vulnerable. Your creations may resonate with someone who needs it, shifting their mood or even their outlook on life. Embracing imperfection is a strength. The rawness of your unfiltered expressions could be what draws others in. By being authentic, you create a space where others feel encouraged to share their own stories and experiences. It's like a ripple effect; when you tap into your creativity, you're not just enriching your own life, but also the lives of others who witness your passion. So, share your journey through art, and don't shy away from the chance to impact your community—one song, one drawing, or one message at a time.
