When a woman free bleeds it means she goes without underwear or a pad on her period and just lets nature take its course.
I am curious because I do this every now and then just simply because it is easier and less of a hassle.
I know some of yall will probably think this is gross or unsanitary, but it actually helps a lot with a woman’s mental health along with our vaginal health as well.

Is there any actual difference between free bleeding and using cloth pads? I prefer to not feel wet so I prefer the flex cup. But I still use cloth for a break or on off days from work.
