与野 ・与野本町エリアで「結局どこがいいの？」と迷ったら、私はまず“コースが強い店”から検討します。単品で頼むと部位選びに悩むし、気づいたら予算オーバー…がよくあるので、最初から内容が決まっている焼肉コースは安心でした。 橙也の7800円コースは、タンの盛り合わせ（厚タン〜上タン、並タン、タンカルビまで）でいきなりテンションが上がります。個人的には、最初はレモンだけで肉の甘さを確認→途中からタレやキムチで味変、の流れが飽きにくくておすすめ。厚みのあるタンは焼きすぎると硬くなりやすいので、表面に焼き色がついたら早めに返して“さっと”仕上げるのが好みでした。 希少盛り（サーロイン・みすじ・うちもも）は、同じ牛でも部位で脂の質と食感が全然違うのが面白いところ。脂がしっかりめの部位はサッと焼いて塩で、赤身寄りは少し長めに火を入れてタレで、みたいに食べ方を変えると満足感が上がります。 あと、ホルモン盛り合わせが入っていると“当たり店感”が強いです。このコースだとレバーが特に印象的で、苦手な人でも食べやすいタイプに感じました（火入れはしっかりめが安心）。カンジャンセウやステーキサンドみたいな箸休めが挟まるのも、焼肉を最後まで美味しく食べ切れるポイント。 〆の冷麺とアイスまで付くので、デートや友達とのごはん、ちょっとしたご褒美にも使いやすいと思います。与野駅から徒歩1分でアクセスも楽なので、週末は早めの時間に予約して行くのが安心でした。
