「武蔵藤沢で焼肉どこ行く？」ってなったときに、私が推したいのが和牛焼肉たけ田 武蔵藤沢店。焼肉メインのお店なのに、6種のミニ丼が選べるのが面白くて、結果的に“焼肉＋ごはん欲”の両方が満たされました。 まずメニューで外せないのが「極上和牛炙りユッケ」。提供時点で火入れがきれいに入っていて、口当たりがなめらか。焼肉の合間に食べても重すぎず、スタートに頼むのもアリでした。次に「山盛りねぎ塩牛タン」は、ねぎがたっぷりで香りが強いタイプ。牛タンを焼きながら、ねぎは落としすぎないように軽くまとめて乗せると食べやすかったです。 限定っぽい枠で気になったのが「厚切りねぎサンドハラミ」。ねぎを挟む系って油が勝ちがちだけど、ここはねぎのシャキッと感が残っていて、ハラミの旨みと相性良かったです。あと、写真でも目立つ「A5サーロインの大判しゃぶすき」は“大きい一枚”の満足感がすごい。さっと焼いてごはんに乗せると、一気にごちそう感が跳ね上がります。 ごはん派なら「羽釜の炊き立て銀シャリ」がかなり重要。ロースやカルビの肉汁を受け止めてくれる感じで、同じお肉でも満足度が上がりました。さらに6種のミニ丼は、焼肉だけだと単調になりがちなところを変化させてくれて、複数人で行くならシェアして“どれが好みか”話すのも楽しいです。 お店の雰囲気はボックス席が多くて、グループ・ファミリーでも落ち着きやすい印象。全席禁煙なのも個人的にはありがたいポイントでした。支払いはクレカとPayPayが使えるので、会計もスムーズ。 写真を撮るなら、ユッケのツヤ感、ねぎ塩牛タンの“山盛り感”、サーロインしゃぶすきのサイズ感は特に映えます。武蔵藤沢で焼肉のレビューや写真を探している人は、丼も含めてチェックしてみてください。
