「戸田公園で居酒屋探し」をしている人向けに、私が行って感じた“使いやすさ”も補足します。 まず立地は戸田公園駅から徒歩1分レベルで、仕事終わりにサクッと合流しやすいのが強み。駐車場はないので、車より電車の方が安心です。店内はカウンターも座敷もあって、普段使いから団体利用までいける雰囲気。静かに飲みたい日も、ワイワイ宴会したい日も対応できそうでした。 料理は「その日の厳選ネタ」を出してくれる刺身盛りが鉄板。最初の1品に頼むと、テーブルが一気に盛り上がります。個人的に推しなのが“一匹丸ごと刺身用アジフライ”。刺身でも食べられるアジをあえてフライにしていて、レア仕上げの身がふわっと柔らかい。薬味はワサビで食べるとキレが出て、脂の甘さが引き立ちました（ここはぜひ試してほしい）。 名物のネギ明太豚しゃぶは、鍋なのに重たくなくて冬にぴったり。プチプチ食感の明太子と、甘いネギが絶妙なハーモニーで、気づくと箸が止まりません。2人前からなので、2〜4人で行くと頼みやすいと思います。 串焼きも“大ぶり”で食べ応えあり。肉巻き串が人気なのも納得でした。最後に〆を迷ったら、笑っちゃうほど美味いと言われる塩の中華そばが安定。飲んだ後でもスッと入るタイプで、満足感がきれいに着地します。 支払いはPayPayが使えて便利。行く前は公式情報で営業時間だけ確認しておくと 安心です。
