所沢で「がっつり肉！」な気分の日に行ってよかったのが、STEAK HOUSE BRASE 所沢店。ステーキハウスって当たり外れがある印象だったけど、ここは“塊肉が食べたい”欲をしっかり満たしてくれました。 私が頼んだのは定番のキングステーキ（1ポンド）。まず運ばれてきた瞬間、鉄板からはみ出るサイズ感にびっくり。焼き加減はミディアムにして、外は香ばしく中はほどよくやわらかいバランスでした。肉汁がじゅわっと出るタイプなので、ライスに絡めて食べると背徳感があって最高。脂が重すぎないので、意外と最後まで飽きずに食べ切れました。 「STEAK HOUSE BRASE 所沢店 レビュー」として書いておくと、店内は1階カウンター・2階テーブル席があって、ひとりでもグループでも入りやすい雰囲気。私は14時過ぎに行ったら待ちなしだったけど、TV紹介や百名店の影響もあるので、週末のピーク帯（12時台〜13時台）は余裕を見ておくのが安心だと思います。 あと、BRASEはクイーンステーキが有名なので次回はそっちも狙いたい…！今回はサイド的にハラミ＆ハンバーグも食べたけど、ハラミは噛むほど旨みが増える感じで、ステーキとは違う満足感。ハンバーグも肉感がしっかりしていて、コンボで頼む人が多いのも納得でした。 所沢で肉、所沢ステーキハウスを探している人に向けた注意点としては、駐車場が基本なしなところ。新所沢駅から徒歩3分なので電車がラクだけど、車なら近くのコインパーキングを先にチェックしておくとスムーズです。 最後に、初めて行くならおすすめの楽しみ方は「焼き加減はミディアム」「ライスはマスト」「時間をずらして並ばず入店」。巨大ステーキを豪快に食べたい日に、かなり満足度高いお店でした。
