Fruit Parfait Terriacaju in front of Tsukinomiya Shrine is a cafe where you can taste whole seasonal fruits, and on this day I ordered Koshigaya Sky Melon Parfait with strawberry 🍓
Hydroponically grown melons with high sugar content are surprisingly sweet 😚 There are other fruit sandwiches here and take-out is also possible

私も先日、浦和のFruit Parfaiteria Kajuに訪れてみました。店は調宮天神社のすぐ目の前にあり、落ち着いた雰囲気の中でゆったりと過ごせます。店内にはテーブル席だけでなくテラス席もあり、天気の良い日は外の空気を感じながら味わえるのも嬉しいポイントでした。 今回いただいたのは、話題の越谷スカイメロンと苺のコラボパフェ。まず驚くのはメロンの甘さ。水耕栽培で 育てられたメロンは一般的なものよりもかなり糖度が高く、その濃厚な甘さが生クリームやバニラアイスとの相性抜群でした。苺も瑞々しくて程よい酸味がアクセントとなり、パフェ全体の味を引き締めています。 また、こちらのフルーツサンドも絶品です。新鮮な果物がふんだんに使われているため、味わいはもちろん、見た目も華やか。テイクアウトしてお土産やちょっとした差し入れにすると喜ばれること間違いなしです。 電話予約で訪問したためスムーズに入店できましたが、特に休日は混雑が予想されるので予約がおすすめ。駐車場はありませんが、浦和駅から徒歩8分というアクセスの良さで行きやすいです。 季節ごとに変わるフルーツを使ったパフェは、これからの季節も楽しみです。私も次回は違う季節のフルーツパフェをぜひ味わいに行きたいと思っています。浦和で美味しいフルーツスイーツをお探しの方には、ぜひ訪れてほしいお店です。
