🍨 Chocolate Protein Mousse Parfait
Ingredients:
Base (Crunch Layer):
• 3–4 chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed) (or cleaner option: cacao + oat crumble)
Chocolate Mousse Layer:
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 frozen banana
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tsp raw honey 🍯 (optional for sweetness)
• 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (optional but recommended)
Topping:
• Coconut whipped cream or regular whipped cream
• Dark chocolate drizzle
• Crushed cookie pieces or cacao nibs

🥣 Instructions:
1. Make the base:
Crush cookies and press into the bottom of your glass
2. Blend the mousse:
Add avocado, banana, cocoa powder, almond butter, almond milk, honey, and protein powder
→ Blend until smooth and creamy
3. Layer it up:

4. Top it off:
Add whipped cream, drizzle chocolate, sprinkle crunch
