「雪みるく（雪ミルク）」は、久喜で“かき氷が有名”と聞いてずっと気になっていたお店。私が行く前に一番不安だったのが「予約制って、どう動けばいいの？」問題だったので、初めての人向けに流れとコツを補足します。 まず、雪みるくのかき氷・パフェは基本的に完全予約制。受付は朝7:00〜8:00、夜19:00〜20:00の枠が中心で、2週間先まで取れることが多いです。人気日や連休は埋まるのが早いので、行きたい日が決まったら早めに動くのが安心。電話で聞く際は「人数・希望メニュー（かき氷かパフェか）・希望時間」を先に整理しておくとスムーズでした。 当日の体感としては、予約があると待ち時間のストレスがかなり少ないです。店内はテーブル席が多く、子ども用椅子もあってファミリーでも行きやすい雰囲気。OCRにもある通り“超カジュアルな雰囲気”で、気負わず入れるのがありがたいポイントでした。ワンちゃんOKでペット用メニューもあるので、犬連れの人は事前にルールを確認しておくと安心です。 メニュー選びの参考も少し。果物の仕入れが強いお店なので、フルーツ系はハズレなし。太陽のマンゴーパフェは宮崎の最高級ブランドを使い、糖度15度以上という説明に納得の濃厚さでした。スペシャルパフェは究極のデコポンや、4年に一度しか採れないパイン（ゴールドバレル）など、まさに“フルーツのトップ”を食べ比べる感じ。かき氷派なら、天然氷で作るスペシャルメロンは半玉メロン×エスプーマの組み合わせが贅沢で、夏に頼みたくなる一杯です。 一方で「予約できなかったら詰み？」という心配もありますが、削り苺は予約なしでも食べられることがあるので、どうしても近くのかき氷屋さんを探していて“今すぐ甘いもの”の日は、まず削り苺の提供状況を確認してみるのも手。菖蒲エリアは車移動が便利なので、駐車場ありなのも助かりました。 最後に、アクセスは久喜駅から車で約15分。初訪問だと時間に余裕を持って行くのがおすすめです。季節のフルーツで内容が変わることもあるので、最新情報は公式発信を確認しつつ、「久喜 かき氷」「久喜 パフェ」で探している人は一度体験してみてください。
