💙 Digital SAT (The Analytical Test)
This is the "centerpiece" of the popular Inter faculty filings in Thailand (such as BBA, EBA, BE) and leading universities around the world.
What to focus on: Measuring Reading & Writing and Math skills through a digital system where the exam adjusts our ability.
Why Exam?: The college uses this score to measure whether you have "logic" and "readiness" in high school.
Target: Want to stick to Top U Thailand, should aim 1400 +, but if you go to Ivy League, you have to touch 1500 +.

🧡 IELTS Academic (The Global Gate)
"Must-have" language immigration for all Inter programs
What's the focus: Measure 4 complete skills, Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking to confirm that we actually communicate in college life.
Why Exam?: It's the minimum mandatory criterion. If this score doesn't pass, no matter how good the profile is, he won't accept it.
Target: The General Inter Faculty usually asks for 6.5, but if it's a legal line, or the Top Faculty in UK / Australia should get 7.5 or more.

💙 ACT (The Versatile Alternative)

What to focus on: SAT-like, but with an added Science part and a "fast and accurate" test.
Why Exam?: For those who feel that SAT Reading is too difficult, or those who are good at science, ACT can be a huge boost.
Target: 36 points. If you want to go to the top college, you should get 30-32 or more.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ผ่านการเตรียมสอบ Digital SAT, IELTS และ ACT มา สิ่งหนึ่งที่อยากแชร์คือการวางแผนล่วงหน้าสำคัญมาก โดยทั่วไปนักเรียนที่เตรียมพร้อมตั้งแต่ ม.4 จะได้เปรียบ เพราะมีเวลาทบทวนและเลือกสอบซ้ำหากคะแนนยังไม่ถึงเป้าหมาย Digital SAT เป็นข้อสอบที่ปรับระดับความยากได้ ทำให้รู้ระดับความสามารถด้านตรรกะและคณิตศาสตร์ของเราอย่างชัดเจน ผมแนะนำให้เน้นฝึกโจทย์วิเคราะห์และทำความเข้าใจเทคนิคการอ่านเพื่อเพิ่มคะแนน Reading & Writing โดยไม่ควรละเลยพาร์ท Math เพราะคะแนนรวมจะทำให้เราสามารถโดดเด่นในสายอินเตอร์ไทยและมหาวิทยาลัยต่างประเทศ ส่วนสำหรับ IELTS Academic นั้น เนื่องจากเป็นการประเมินทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในทุกด้าน ทั้งฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน การฝึกฝนเรื่องคำศัพท์เฉพาะทางและการสื่อสารในสถานการณ์จริงช่วยได้มาก เคล็ดลับคือการฝึกสอบจริงเพื่อคุ้นเคยกับเวลาและรูปแบบข้อสอบ ซึ่งบางคนพบว่าการพูดกับเพื่อนหรือครูเจ้าของภาษาเป็นวิธีที่ช่วยให้พัฒนาทักษะ Speaking ได้รวดเร็ว ACT นับเป็นทางเลือกที่สมบูรณ์แบบสำหรับคนที่ถนัดวิทยาศาสตร์และทำข้อสอบเร็วได้ดี โดยเฉพาะบางคณะที่ในไทยต้องการคะแนน ACT หรือมหาวิทยาลัยในอเมริกา ผมแนะนำให้เริ่มจากการประเมินความถนัดก่อนระหว่าง SAT และ ACT เพราะเลือกสอบให้ถูกแบบ จะช่วยประหยัดเวลาและเพิ่มโอกาสได้คะแนนสูงกว่า ลงแรงฝึกฝนเฉพาะข้อสอบที่ใช่ จะเห็นผลชัดเจนมาก สุดท้าย อยากย้ำว่าการเลือกสอบตัวที่ตรงกับแนวทางคณะที่เราจะยื่นและความถนัดส่วนตัวนั้นสำคัญมาก ไม่จำเป็นต้องสอบทุกอย่างแต่ต้องไปให้ถูกจุด "เริ่มก่อน...ได้เปรียบกว่า" คือหัวใจสำคัญของการสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัยชื่อดังในยุคนี้
