Truthfully i was really excited to get to landons story especially because his character was portrayed as mean, manipulative, arrogant, sneaky, and super smart. I was shocked to see his soft side and how much he cares ahhhh my heart 💖. Mia loves her family more than anything and will do anything for them. She started off hating landon and was getting payback for her brother but eventually ends up understanding landon and eventually falls for him. Landon even helped mia get something back that she had thought she lost forever 🥹.

I’m out for revenge.
After careful planning, I gave the man who messed with my family a taste of his own medicine.
I thought it’d end there.
It didn’t.
Landon King is a genius artist, a posh rich boy, and my worst nightmare.
He’s decided that I’m the new addition to his chess game.
Too bad for him, I’m no pawn.
If he hits, I hit back, twice as hard and with the same hostility.
He says he’ll ruin me.
Little does he know that ruination goes both ways.

... Read moreOkay, let's talk more about Landon King and Mia. The original review hinted at Landon's complex nature, but truly, his journey from the 'mean, manipulative, and arrogant' mastermind to someone capable of profound care is what makes 'God of Ruin' so captivating. He's not just a villain; he's a damaged individual seeking control, and seeing Mia challenge that was pure gold. Mia, on the other hand, isn't your typical damsel. Her fierce loyalty to her family drives her quest for payback, and watching her navigate the treacherous path of understanding and eventually falling for Landon felt incredibly earned. Their dynamic, perfectly encapsulated by the tagline 'HE'LL RUIN ME. I'LL DESTROY HIM.', is a masterclass in enemies-to-lovers.
