Excited to officially start my postpartum fitness journey with Built to Burn!🩷 I’m ready to start moving my body, rebuilding my strength, and finding a little routine for myself again!! (whatever that may look like😅) But a little reminder that just because I’m ready doesn’t mean you have to be.

I’d consider myself a pretty confident person but mannn dressing postpartum is not for the weak 🙃 dress what you’re comfortable in!!!! No need to be out and constantly thinking about the outfit you’re wearing right now !! (I’m telling myself this also 🫶🏼) #postpartum #postpartumjourney
