2024 Gym Photo Dump
I’ve been working out consistently for almost 2 years. That first year was a struggle. At first I saw no changes in my body. No I do not eat right everyday. Currently eating a snickers now lol! But it’s something about after that 1 year mark past, my body changed. I also started adding weights to my routine so I believe that helped a lot!
My fav days are leg days of course! I use to dread upper body days! But boy when I started seeing the results from upper body. I love it! The results not the days lol!!!
So if you ever feel like you are not getting anywhere. Be patient it’s coming! Don’t be scared to lift heavy!
Embarking on a fitness journey can be daunting, and many individuals experience frustration, especially in the initial months when results seem slow. It’s common to question your efforts after a year of hard work. However, building muscle strength through consistent weight training significantly contributes to body transformations over time. Incorporating different workout routines is crucial. While leg days provide satisfaction to many gym-goers, embracing upper body training can unveil significant changes in physique and strength. Progress isn’t always linear, but celebrating small victories can maintain motivation. Remember, the journey of weightlifting isn't just about the immediate results; it's also about the growth in confidence and physical capability. Don’t underestimate the power of patience—results often take time to manifest. Whether you're indulging in a treat now and then or pushing your limits, every step contributes to your fitness goal. Stick with your routine, and don’t shy away from lifting heavier weights. The gym is a space for empowerment, and every effort counts towards your unique fitness path.
