Garlic

Dried chili peppers + garlic + lemongrass to combine. Scented.
Set the pan, add the oil, stir the curry paste to smell.
Add the chicken to sauté until cooked.
Seasoned as you like. Add a little water to not dry too much.
Add the lemongrass, chili jinda and ripped bergamot leaves. Sprinkle them to the fragrance ~
