Stuck in a Spiritual Slump?✨
In the days leading up to the full moon I found myself feeling really stuck! I couldn’t find the motivation to engage with my practice the way I normally do. This happens to me from time to time, I feel sort of stagnant with my spiritual development, I tend to sort of “fall off” my practice and I start to get really down on myself- but it’s always been the precursor to a period of growth!
So if you ever find yourself in this position, this is what I do to get over the hump:
-Slooow down! When I am feeling unmotivated and uninspired it is always I sign I have been burning the candle at both ends
-make your daily habits more magickal! Finding simple ways to work witchcraft back into my day always gets me out of a funk. So charge your coffee with intention of bringing energy and creativity! Assemble it as if you’re doing a ritual! Charge your sunscreen with the intention of shielding you from negativity! Any way you can take a moment to feel more connected.
-give yourself grace! If all you did today was look at the moon and say “thank you” you are still a witch and should wear the name proudly. You don’t have to be engaging in elaborate daily rituals to call yourself a witch, you are good enough as you are!
It can be hard not to let imposter syndrome in, but just know that you are not alone and this feeling will pass.❤️
Blessed be✨

Experiencing a spiritual slump is common among those on a path of personal growth and exploration. During such periods, it's essential to reconnect with your core practices without the pressure of elaborate rituals. Consider integrating mindfulness into your daily routine; for instance, as you sip your morning coffee, focus on setting an intention for the day. This practice not only rejuvenates your spirit but also infuses mundane activities with purpose. Another effective technique is to reach out to fellow practitioners or engage with online communities. Sharing experiences with others can foster a sense of belonging and understanding, reminding you that you're not alone in your feelings of stagnation. Many have navigated similar paths and can provide support or inspiration. Also, don’t hesitate to explore guided meditations or tarot readings to gain insights during these challenging times. Such practices may offer clarity and spark a renewed interest in your spiritual journey. Remember, it's crucial to give yourself grace during this time. Allow yourself to simply be and acknowledge your feelings without self-judgment. With patience and self-love, you can emerge from this slump stronger and more connected than ever. Blessed be!✨

“if all you did today was say thank you, that’s enough” 😌…what lovely reminders
