Sometimes we’re at high’s in our lives and other times we hit a low. Here’s 8 ways to recover and move forward from a slump! Shout out to supporter @JaziOne for this post request!

🧘🏾‍♀️ How It Helps Me: Particularly horseback riding is soo soothing! I can’t do it as often as I’d like but, spending time with any animal is a great mood shifter!

🧘🏾‍♀️Habit 2: Going to a sacred space. A place where you can meet with divinity.

🧘🏾‍♀️How It Helps Me: Religious or Spiritual it doesn’t matter. Personally, I like going to Shofuso Japanese Garden house in Philly to meditate when I need some guidance.

🧘🏾‍♀️Habit 3: A place of grand Architecture (you see a pattern here, get out of the house 😂 )

🧘🏾‍♀️ How It Helps Me: Sometimes being a in a place so magnificent can make you feel so small yet powerful. Learning about the history of an area can get your out of your head for awhile.

🧘🏾‍♀️Habit 4: Clean 👏🏾 UP 👏🏾 YOUR 👏🏾 SPACE👏🏾.

🧘🏾‍♀️ How It Helps Me: A pain point is an area in your home that activity irritates your peace of mind. The pile of clothes on the floor? The dishes in the sink? The ring around your tub? Set a timer & clean it. You’ll feel lighter, promise.

🧘🏾‍♀️ How It Helps Me: Capturing life in unique ways that give a sense of mystery is one way to express your creativity. These photos don’t have to be shared with the world. They can be just for you to look back on and reflect.
