Wellness Habits
🧘🏾♀️ Habit 1: Going out in nature and spending time with animals.
🧘🏾♀️ How It Helps Me: Particularly horseback riding is soo soothing! I can’t do it as often as I’d like but, spending time with any animal is a great mood shifter!
🧘🏾♀️Habit 2: Going to a sacred space. A place where you can meet with divinity.
🧘🏾♀️How It Helps Me: Religious or Spiritual it doesn’t matter. Personally, I like going to Shofuso Japanese Garden house in Philly to meditate when I need some guidance.
🧘🏾♀️Habit 3: A place of grand Architecture (you see a pattern here, get out of the house 😂 )
🧘🏾♀️ How It Helps Me: Sometimes being a in a place so magnificent can make you feel so small yet powerful. Learning about the history of an area can get your out of your head for awhile.
🧘🏾♀️Habit 4: Clean 👏🏾 UP 👏🏾 YOUR 👏🏾 SPACE👏🏾.
🧘🏾♀️ How It Helps Me: A pain point is an area in your home that activity irritates your peace of mind. The pile of clothes on the floor? The dishes in the sink? The ring around your tub? Set a timer & clean it. You’ll feel lighter, promise.
🧘🏾♀️ Habit 5: Creative Photography!
🧘🏾♀️ How It Helps Me: Capturing life in unique ways that give a sense of mystery is one way to express your creativity. These photos don’t have to be shared with the world. They can be just for you to look back on and reflect.
🧘🏾♀️Habit 6: Get your hair done!
🧘🏾♀️ How It Helps Me: Crown Chakra energy! A confidence booster. When the last time you had a scalp massage? Tried a new and unique to you hairstyle? Go get your glow up on!
🧘🏾♀️Habit 7: Eat your favorite foods!
How It Helps Me: Food is a love language 💯! Plan a week of cooking or going out to eat your favorite foods. Something nostalgic and savory or sweet! Full belly’s = full hearts !
🧘🏾♀️Habit 8: Move that body ody ody!
🧘🏾♀️ How It Helps Me: Pilates, dance, gym, or swimming. You decide. The more grounded you are in your body the less time you’ll spend stuck in your head.
