Diagnosed as an Adult. Rewriting My Whole Life.

Getting diagnosed with AuDHD as an adult didn't just give me answers.

It made me go through Grief, Anger, Relief & Clarity.

I grieved the child who struggled without support.

felt anger for the years of self-blame and the opportunities I didn't understand.

But I also realised something powerful: I was never broken. I was just misunderstood.

If you were late diagnosed too, you're not alone.

I was formally diagnosed with ADD (attention deficit disorder) when I was around 10 years old, then as I grew older, at 18, was reevaluated and yep, ADHD! (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) Back then, as a kid, I was put on medication for it but remember being taken off for a few years.
