My name is Kylee

Hey everyone, Kylee here! I'm absolutely thrilled to be joining the Lemon8 community and can't wait to share more about my life, passions, and daily adventures with you all. Since you're curious about who I am, let me dive a little deeper into what makes me, well, me! First off, I'm 25 years old and living my best life. One of the biggest blessings in my life is my husband – my high school sweetheart! We've been together since those awkward teenage years, and it's been an incredible journey growing up and building a life together. From school dances to walking down the aisle, he's been my rock, and I wouldn't trade our story for anything. It's truly special to marry your best friend, and we still have those goofy moments that remind us of where we started. If you're wondering what it's like to navigate adulthood with someone who's known you forever, let me tell you, it's pretty amazing (and sometimes a little too honest!). Our little family also includes two incredibly spoiled fur babies! You might have spotted my fluffy dog, Ripley, in some of my photos – those bright blue eyes just melt my heart! She's full of personality and definitely rules the roost. Our other furball (a cat, of course!) keeps things interesting and ensures there's never a dull moment. Being a fur mama is a joy, filled with endless cuddles, playful antics, and just a tiny bit of chaos. They bring so much love and laughter into our home, and I can't imagine life without them. When I'm not chasing after my pets or spending time with my husband, you can usually find me indulging in my favorite hobbies. I'm a huge fan of Chiefs football – game days are a serious event in our house, often surrounded by Kansas City Chiefs memorabilia! There's nothing quite like the excitement of cheering on our team. Beyond the roar of the stadium, I love to escape into a good book. My reading list is always long, and I enjoy everything from thrilling mysteries to heartwarming contemporary fiction. Cooking is another passion of mine; I love experimenting with new recipes and creating delicious meals, whether it's for a cozy night in or entertaining friends. And when the weather is nice, you'll find me out in my garden, getting my hands dirty and watching things grow – it's incredibly therapeutic. Finally, something that's really important to me is my job in homeless services. It's incredibly fulfilling work, and I feel privileged to be able to make a positive impact in my community. It's a challenging field, but knowing that I can help people navigate difficult times and find their way forward is incredibly rewarding. It’s more than just a job; it’s a calling that reminds me every day of the importance of compassion and support. So that's a little more about me, Kylee!
