1) I seasoned the chicken with pepper/ seasoning salt/ onion powder/ garlic powder and paprika 2) sear chicken

3) take chicken out

4) add 1 cup chicken broth and stir up any stuck pieces

5) add 2 packages of Au Jus gravy

6) add 2 packages of ranch seasoning and mix

7) add another 2 cups of chicken broth

8) add 1 cup of pepperoncini juice

9) add chicken back in

10) add peppers

*add carrots if you want

11) add 1 stuck unsalted butter

12) cover and cook until chicken is done

I make it in th Dutch oven and crock pot. Dutch oven 375 for 2.5 ish hours. Crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice 😋😋😋
