🍋 Share internship experience with AirAsia

Lemon ~ 🌈 Today he has a story to tell. Confused. He just went to an internship at AirAsia. The Guest Service position is so fun. I want to share the experience straight in case anyone is aiming for an airline internship too. ✈️

💼 the main duties done.

Actually, the Guest Service will be divided into 2, most of them at all.

1.Check-in counter (both domestic and international lite)

• Help passengers check in

• Answer questions & give advice

• Help to guide the queue for passengers

2. Boarding gate (both domestic and foreign lite)

• Announcement for boarding passengers

• Line up by zone

• Tag the bag and help load the bag under the machine

⏰ Working time

It is a 4-day shift, 2-day vacation, and so on.

• Morning shift: 04.00-12.00 or 05.00-13.00

• Afternoon shift: 12.00-20.00 or 13.00-21.00

(The time may be adjusted according to the mentor and workplace)

At first I was afraid I couldn't wake up because I had to go to the morning shift like 4 am 5 🥱, but when I keep doing it, the body can adjust by itself.

🗣️ language.

It is used in English and Chinese.

The more some days I meet a lot of foreign passengers. Anyone who likes the language can say that Finn

💰 Compensation

There is no 😂 wage, but what comes back is pure experience, very rewarding.

As for the friends and brothers who met during practice, this is the best. 💖 At first, I was afraid that I would be scolded because I was new, but it turned out that he was teaching, advising and friendly. There are snacks all the time, so the working atmosphere is not stressful. As well as the end of the practice, the brothers also raised 🥹 as warm as real family.

There was some tiredness in getting up very early and standing there all day, but what came back was experience.
