ในชีวิตประจำวันของผม การเปลี่ยนแปลงน้ำหนักจากคนธรรมดาที่ไม่ค่อยสนใจเรื่องการออกกำลังกาย จนไปเป็นหมียักษ์นั้น เป็นการเดินทางที่เต็มไปด้วยบทเรียนมากมาย ผมอยากแชร์ประสบการณ์ที่ตรงไปตรงมาเกี่ยวกับการรับมือกับน้ำหนักตัวที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วและการยอมรับตัวเองอย่างแท้จริง ตอนแรกผมก็ลังเล มีความคิดอยากลดน้ำหนักอย่างจริงจัง แต่เมื่อพบว่าการออกกำลังกายไม่ได้ช่วยให้น้ำหนักลดลงอย่างที่หวัง เสียเวลาและความตั้งใจในการดูแลตัวเองบางส่วนเริ่มหายไป จนในที่สุดผมเลือกที่จะให้ความสำคัญกับการกินแบบมีความสุขแทนการเครียดกับตัวเลขบนตาชั่ง ผมพบว่าสุขภาพที่ดีไม่ได้ขึ้นอยู่กับน้ำหนักเพียงอย่างเดียว การที่อ้วนแต่แข็งแรงและไม่ขี้โรค นั่นคือความสำเร็จที่แท้จริง เพราะผมยังสามารถเคลื่อนไหวได้ดี มีพลังงาน แม้จะมีพุงเล็กน้อยก็ตาม การเบรกน้ำหนักตัวเองไม่ให้เพิ่มมากกว่าที่ตั้งใจไว้ กลายเป็นวิธีการที่ช่วยให้ผมรักษาสมดุลที่เหมาะสมระหว่างความสุขในการกินและการดูแลตัวเอง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง การรับรู้ว่าชีวิตไม่ได้จบแค่การลดน้ำหนัก การสร้างมิตรภาพใหม่ การเลิกติดเกมและหันมาโฟกัสกับชีวิตแบบใหม่ ทำให้ผมได้ค้นพบว่าความสุขคือสิ่งสำคัญที่สุด ไม่ว่าจะน้ำหนักของเราจะเป็นอย่างไร สุดท้ายนี้ ผมอยากให้ทุกคนรู้ว่าการรักตัวเองในทุกสภาพร่างกายเป็นเรื่องที่ดี เหมือนที่ผมเรียนรู้ที่จะเป็น "หมียักษ์" ที่น่ารักและแข็งแรงอย่างภาคภูมิใจ
