Habits make the difference…
To me it’s nothing but for the past 7 years every lunch break and everyday after work and every weekend except holidays, birthdays and family vacations, I’ve studied and worked on my other ideas to better my standing in life for my family. It doesn’t feel like work. I’d rather do this than hang out or lounge around. I’m not bragging. I just want ppl to realize that habits make the difference. To some people they’d feel that’s too much of a sacrifice but not for me because I’ve been under a sort of spell that makes me so focused on my goals, I don’t feel like I’ve sacrificed anything of value. 🤷🏼♀️ That’s just me. Change your habits. I’m not doing anything spectacular but when you have as many obstacles as I’ve had and have come from where I come from… it’s a bit extraordinary. Those who know, know…. Happy Sunday!
Building new habits is crucial for personal growth and success. Research shows that habits can profoundly impact one's behavior and performance. To start, identify one habit you wish to change, whether it's enhancing productivity or prioritizing health. Use techniques such as habit stacking—pairing a new habit with an existing one—to increase your chances of success. Setting clear, achievable goals will provide direction and motivation. Utilize tools like journals or apps to track your progress; this accountability helps reinforce commitment. Understanding your motivation is vital; reflect on why this change is important to you. Remember, it's not about perfection but consistency. Surrounding yourself with supportive individuals can also foster a positive environment conducive to change. As you embark on this journey, celebrate small victories, and don't be too hard on yourself during setbacks. Consistent effort, even in small doses, can lead to significant change over time, ultimately transforming your life for the better.

So I’ve worked on average 12-16 hour days, 5-6 days a week and half a day on Sunday’s. That’s Equivalent To: - 776 extra days - 111 extra weeks - 25.5 extra months In 7 years, I’ve worked nearly 2.3 times as much as a typical full-time American. That’s more than 2 extra years of work, packed into the same 7 year stretch. 💁🏼♀️ And I’ve been having a blast the entire time.
