What I eat for breakfast
Day 3/30 of the carnivore diet (eating animal based foods only) and tbh I feel full longer, I’ve noticed a lot of less bloating, and more energetic. I know this is a rapid weight loss diet due to low carbs but I’m looking forward to it helping with my PCOS symptoms the most!
