Oftentimes we may have no idea where the roads we travel on may lead or where we ma end up ince the journey has ended its at this time on our journey when we should talk to God and say Lord idk where I'm going or where this path will lead me but although I don't know but I know that I trust You so and I know You will take care of me and I rest in this I put all my faith in You and I will be still and know that You are God and You are in control of everything and all things. there were times during my divorce that I was do angry and hurt that all I could see was red and I wanted to exact harsh justice up the head of the person who had hurt me so badly,I wanted him to feel the same hurt, pain, and shame that I felt and I prayed to God yelling and even sometimes I even screamed at God asking Him to pleasemake this person suffer now for all he has put me through I was more serious than I've ever been in my life and I was crying harder than I had in my life but in the midst of all that hurt, all that pain, all that bitterness, iccoul still hear God speaking to my broken heart and spirit saying my child, Be still and know that I am God and I am fighting this battle for you and the victory shall be ours. necause I am with you and📍 City/Country: I am all you need my child.. tit was by God's grace and through Hisstrength, power, and might. I was able to keep walking with my head held high even though each step I took I felt as though it would be my last I noticed one day that I could focus on other things for a period of time without my mind constantly wandering off taking me to that dark place over & over again where I wanted to hurt or Maim the evil person that i felt had hurt and maimed me and tried to utterly destroy me had hurt and. it wasn't easy nor was it was pretty as a matter of fact it was ugly as it could be, I was ugly as cold be but I had God on my side wiping away my tears, holding me in His arms hiding me in the shadows of His love so therefore pulledcme up & out of that horrible pit of hurt & depression like no one else could do and i was able to smile, laugh and be me again which was the best feeling I'd felt in a very long time. or harm me. He picked me up and took me up & I could only weep and tell my God thank You Lord! nobody but could've done this thing for me I know You love me if nobody else does I know You do Lord and to God be the glory I've been happy ever since. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

... Read moreLife’s journey often brings uncertainty and pain, especially during personal struggles like divorce. The powerful reminder from Psalm 46:10 to "Be still, and know that I am God" serves as a source of comfort and strength when faced with overwhelming emotions. Many people experience intense anger, hurt, and a desire for justice when betrayed or hurt deeply. This natural human response can sometimes make it difficult to find peace or move forward. However, the act of surrendering these feelings to a higher power can provide a sense of control and safety amidst chaos. Trusting that God fights our battles and holds us in His love creates space for healing and transformation. In real-life experiences, this trust allows individuals to gradually shift their focus away from bitterness and revenge, enabling moments of joy and laughter to return. The journey is often messy and the emotions raw, but faith and grace provide the resilience needed to keep walking forward with hope. Embracing this spiritual path doesn't mean pain disappears instantly, but it offers a framework to process emotions, find forgiveness, and reclaim one's life. Those who have walked similar roads often find solace in knowing they are not alone and that divine strength is available in every step of recovery. For anyone feeling lost or broken, turning to the words, "Be still, and know that I am God," can be a grounding practice that fosters peace and empowers one to face the future with confidence and love.
