Some seasons will teach you that every door isn’t yours to walk through, and every space isn’t meant to hold your purpose. Growth changes your focus you stop waiting to be chosen and start building from what’s already inside of you.
My journey has shown me that even when the path feels quiet, there’s strength in standing ten toes down on faith and continuing to move forward anyway. What starts as a personal step of healing can turn into a light that guides somebody else who’s watching you keep going.
And truth be told, part of growing is learning how to release what no longer aligns. You can forgive people, love them from a distance, and still choose not to reconnect. Every chapter doesn’t need a reunion. Some things are meant to be lessons, not lifelines and that’s okay.
If you’re in a moment where you feel overlooked or unseen, don’t let that slow your progress. Keep growing, keep trusting God’s timing, and keep showing up as your authentic self. The very space you’re creating right now might become the encouragement someone else has been praying for.
And I’m at peace knowing this not every seat has my name on it, and that’s perfectly fine. I’ll set my own atmosphere, even if it’s just me pulling up to a solo table for a minute… because what’s built with purpose always makes room for more when the time is right.

When you release relationships or situations that no longer align with your purpose, it’s not about closing doors permanently but about making space for healthier connections and new opportunities. It's important to remember that growth often involves seasons of quiet and reflection. Acting authentically while waiting on divine timing can feel isolating, but this is when you build the foundation that supports your next level of personal and spiritual development. Sharing this perspective encourages others to embrace their solo tables without fear or loneliness. It’s a reminder that we can create a meaningful atmosphere on our own and that growth often requires these moments of independence. Over time, being intentional about your environment and relationships paves the way for new, purposeful connections when the time is right. Trusting the promise in Isaiah 43:19, "I am doing a new thing," has helped me embrace change with hope, knowing that what I am creating now holds significance not only for me but for those who may find encouragement in my journey.
