Scales strengthen my finger placement, intonation, and bow control. They build the technical foundation that makes every piece easier to learn and train my ear to recognize when I’m in tune.

How It Helps Me:

Sight-reading improves my ability to read new music quickly and confidently. It builds pattern recognition, helps me stay calm under pressure, and makes learning new pieces smoother.
