Beginning April 3, Guests staying at select Disney Resort hotels will have the option to drop off their checked luggage with Luggage Assistance for direct delivery to Southwest Airlines at Orlando International Airport
A third-party provider will facilitate transportation of the luggage to the airport.

This service does not include luggage transportation from the airport to a Disney Resort hotel but only from Resort to airport
If flight is scheduled to depart before 1 p.m., they must drop their bags off at Luggage Assistance by 1 a.m. the night before their flight. If their flight is scheduled to depart at 1 p.m. or later, they must drop their bags off at least 4 hours before departure and no later than 1 p.m.

It’s essential to plan your luggage drop-off correctly according to your flight schedule. For flights leaving before 1 p.m., luggage must be dropped off by 1 a.m. the night prior. For departures at 1 p.m. or later, drop-off should be made at least four hours in advance, ensuring you can relax on your last day at the parks. Currently, this service does not cover transportation from the airport to the Disney Resort, but checking in early means you can head directly to your destination with minimal fuss.
