Today was a big moment for our team.
We kicked off our first OwnerUp meeting, an initiative designed to empower every employee to take an active role in Sterling’s success. OwnerUp is about more than incentives, it’s about mindset. When we think like owners, we show up differently. We take accountability, push for better results, and stay focused on moving forward every single day.
This program ties our individual efforts to our shared success, creating real opportunity for every team member to grow alongside the company. And today was all about setting that tone,owning our work, owning our impact, and owning our future.
Alongside that, our Safety Fair brought us together with our vendors to continue building a strong culture of safety in the shop and in the field. Because real ownership means looking out for one another. Huge thank you to our vendor partners for sharing their expertise and helping keep our team safe.
This is just the beginning, and we’re all in.
