I am a hybrid county employee and go back and forth every other day in and out of the office so staying organized is key to my schedule! I have found a perfect way to make sure I don’t lose track of any of my work between the two and the key… Microsoft teams!

My job is to do all of the ownership changes each

day and set up any new subdivisions in our county. To make sure I don’t miss a day, a step, or a parcel I always make a to-do list in the chat to myself using Microsoft teams.

Each day I go in and can edit it, add to it, remove items, make it as long or as short as I need! And I know it’s always going to be there between my two computers.

I also don’t have to worry about forgetting my planner or notepad at home or at the office!
