I completely understand the struggle because oatmeal is healthy but not always easy to consume in large amounts. One effective approach I've found is to customize your oatmeal to better suit your taste and increase its calorie density. For example, adding calorie-rich toppings like peanut butter, nuts, seeds, or honey can make oatmeal more flavorful and nutritious. These not only improve taste but also add healthy fats and proteins that support weight gain. Another trick is to cook oatmeal in whole milk or a plant-based milk alternative instead of water to boost calories without significantly increasing volume. I also tried blending oatmeal into a smoothie with fruits like bananas or berries. This method makes it easier to consume and gives a pleasant texture change. If eating a full bowl feels overwhelming, breaking it up into smaller servings across the day can help you steadily consume enough calories without discomfort. From the OCR content in the post, it's clear you're putting in the effort for the weight gain journey, even down to eating boiled eggs and plums to supplement. Such variety helps your body get different nutrients while preventing boredom. Remember, gaining weight healthily is more about consistency and quality calories rather than stuffing yourself in one sitting. Keep experimenting with different additions and preparations—sometimes a little flavor or texture adjustment can make a big difference in making oatmeal not just manageable, but something you look forward to eating.

Try eating baked sweet potato and baked plantain. Add coconut milk, cinnamon, and some nuts of your liking. Eat half in the morning and half in the afternoon or evening for dessert. This helped me gain weight.
