4lbs in TWO DAYS! Weight Gain Meals for 2025🏋️‍♀️💪🏾

This year I really want to put fitness first! I’ve always had a love for exercise and being fit, however, dealing with Diastasis Recti and trying my best to balance my personal schedule being a mom has been a little challenging. Nonetheless, I’m putting myself up to the challenge this year😤!!

I’ve been focused on high protein, calorie dense meals lately to help me gain weight. Naturally I’m a super petitey sweetie, but I wanna up the stakes this year lol🤭. I’m not using any supplements besides plant-based protein powder, and I don’t implement it all the time. With the help of ChapGPT (not sponsored) I’ve curated this meal guide in my iCloud notes to track my calorie and protein intake. So far I’ve gained 4 LBS within TWO DAYS with the meals you see listed above. My starting weight was actually 113.1 and is now at 117. Stop playing with herrrrr😝😝!!
