Incorporating worship into Sunday helps me reconnect with my faith. Simple practices, like reading uplifting scriptures or meditating on verses such as Psalm 34:9, remind me how blessed I am to find refuge in Him. These moments of spiritual refreshment fuel my joy and strength, setting a positive tone for the new week. Additionally, I’ve learned to appreciate the concept of "new mercies" and "new strength" mentioned in the Psalms. Each Sunday presents new opportunities and God's timing to guide and support me. Taking this time to be still and trust in His plan allows me to approach the week ahead with renewed confidence and peace.
