One of my go to excercises. 30 on each leg for 3 sets. Give it a try. I do suggest building up. So start off with 2 plates on each side for 2 weeks. I suggest 3 days a week

Two different phase of my weight loss journey
Two different approaches to weight loss. First picture I went with an unsustainable approach for me. I was lifting heavy and going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and i didn’t understand nutrition plus my mindset I need to lose the weight asap. I did burn myself out and definitely was well on my way

To lose weight in order of importance 1.calorie deficit 2. Working out. Working out program must include cardio and weight training. More importantly you need to figure a schedule that you can sustain. If it’s 1 to 2 or 3 or 4 etc etc etc just be consistent
