Meditating on Jesus’s sustaining power and approaching God honestly in prayer encourages a deeper connection and reliance on Him. Rather than emptying my worries in many words, I focus on heartfelt communication, which brings peace and clarity. Incorporating these practices into daily life has greatly enhanced my spiritual endurance and overall well-being. God’s training is holistic, involving the whole person, and embracing it requires continuous faith and surrender.
